Bradford Pear- an overview
A middle Tennessee favorite. Lush green leaves throughout the summer months. Amazing fall color and those angelic, white flowering blooms telling us Nashvillians that spring is here.
Unfortunately Bradfords aren't totally maintenance free.The brittle growth habits need special attention to prevent splitting, cracking etc... With correct maintenance, trimming, shaping and selective pruning the Bradford Pear and its hearty growth can be maintained for superb health adding new life to this landmark Tennessee tree.
